As a panelist, Dr. GEE was responsible for the reading, reviewing and evaluation of grant proposal documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Deliberation calls were held regularly to determine which schools ranked the highest based on set criteria.r. Gillian McKnight-Tutein (Dr. GEE to her team,) was chosen to serve as a grant review panelist on the Trade Adjustment Assistance and Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant with the Office of Grants Management at the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (ETA). Dr. McKnight-Tutein was chosen largely for her unique qualifications and combined expertise in Training and Development, eLearning, and her work in corporate and academic settings.
