Changing Course Infographic

The 10th Annual survey of the Babson Survey Research Group and the College Board has been released!  Over 6.7 million college students are taking at least one online course.  Pearson and the Sloan Consortium currently provide financial support for the report.  Key findings include:

  • 570.000 more students are taking at least one online course than were one year ago
  • 32% of higher education students now take at least one course online
  • 77% of educational leaders rate the outcomes of online learning as the same or better than face-to-face learning
  • 30.2% of CAOs believe that faculty accept the value and legitimacy of online education (lower than in 2004!)
