Most of the Adobe Connect Upgrade has been completed successfully! You and your students should now have access to your content on either Breeze or Lithium. Hosting of Adobe Presenters, PDFs, and most other files are working great. We have discovered, and are actively working on, a glitch relating to viewing recordings of previously conducted synchronous webinars. Meeting rooms are functioning normally, as is the playback of new recordings of new meetings.
We will continue to keep you informed as we resolve this final lingering issue, and appreciate your support and patience as we work our way through this major upgrade to improve functionality for students and faculty.
As always, please let us know if you notice anything not functioning properly. When you call the eLi Support, we’ll be able to track any issues, resolve them faster, and pull data on trouble spots to improve future service.
